Boarding

Boarding for one horse is $450.00 per month. That includes feeding, watering, mucking pickup, and turn out. Owner provides the hay, feed, supplements, medication(s), fly control, hay nets, and salt.

Each paddock has a run in shelter and a water trough with heater. If the horse can be on grass, then we can offer to turn them out on a pasture/field for a few hours a day.  

Blanketing is a 5.00 a day fee for monitoring, daily putting on/removal etc. Holding for veterinarian or farrier/trimmer is 30.00. Medical care fee based on degree of care required (injections, bandaging, poulticing, etc.).

Use of a heated tack room/storage space, cross country course, outdoor arena (when not booked for events), and access to trails off property are all included in monthly fee. Reduced rate would be available for use of the mountain trail course.

New horses will be kept separate from other horses on property for a minimum of 2 weeks then assessed on compatibility and health whether or not they can share a fence in a paddock or pasture time with another horse.
