Boarding

Boarding for one horse is $550.00 per month. That includes 20-30 lbs of hay per day and mucking out. Additional hay is charged based on amount required above the 20-30 lbs.

Each paddock has a run in shelter, water trough with heater, and salt block. If horse can be on grass, then we can turn out for a few hours a day.  

Extras like feeding grain or supplements are subject to a fee based on how complicated they are. Blanketing is a 5.00 a day fee for monitoring, daily putting on/removal etc.

Use of a heated tack room/storage space, cross country course, mountain trail course (in development), outdoor arena, and access to trails off property are all included in monthly fee.

New horses will be kept separate from other horses on property for a minimum of 2 weeks then assessed on compatibility and health whether or not they can share a fence in a paddock or pasture time with another horse.
